How do I turn on my SensoSCAN®?
How do I set up my SensoSCAN®?
Upon receiving your SensoSCAN®, you will need to download the Sensogram mobile application via App or Google Play store and setup an account. Once you log in, our application will run you through setup.
How do I find my SensoSCAN® identification number?
With the SensoSCAN® turned on, press the On/Off switch until you see “ID: ######”.

How do I wear my SensoSCAN®? How far does my finger need to be inserted into my SensoSCAN®?
SensoSCAN® is designed to be worn comfortably on your left hand. The finger used to calibrate needs to stay consistent with all sessions in order to receive accurate vital readings. Always make sure SensoSCAN® is completely on finger to receive the best perfusion index.
Can SensoSCAN® be placed on either hand?

Where and how does my SensoSCAN® and hand/finger need to be positioned when taking reading?

How long does it take for SensoSCAN to stop flashing after turned on?
For every individual, this may differ. Your SensoSCAN® will stop flashing when your perfusion is read. Typically this ranges between 10-30 seconds.
What do I do if I cannot get a reading?
How much movement is permitted in order to receive an accurate reading?
During calibration, SensoSCAN® requires minimal to no movement. While wearing SensoSCAN® ensure you remain calm, relaxed, and as still as possible to obtain optimal readings.
Can I walk around with SensoSCAN on?
How do I switch between vital readings on my SensoSCAN?
Quick press the on/off switch to cycle through different readings. All readings are shown on the Sensogram Application and through the cloud portal.
How do I sync my data to the mobile app/desktop?
If SensoSCAN® is on and connected to the mobile application, your data is automatically sent to the cloud.
How much personal information is shared?
Sensogram Technologies, Inc. does not share any of your personal information.
How do I choose who can or cannot see my information?
All information is controlled by you. You can easily manage your contacts by logging into the cloud portal and selecting MY NETWORKS. From there you can create a new connection to share your health information with.
Is my data secured?
Yes. Sensogram Technologies, Inc. and SensoSCAN comply with all HIPAA requirements.
How do I charge my SensoSCAN?
SensoSCAN is easily chargeable through a USB connection.

Can SensoSCAN get wet?
No. DO NOT get SensoSCAN wet.

How do I set up my SensoRING®?
Upon receiving your SensoRING®, you will need to calibrate through your Sensogram mobile application. SensoRING® will then learn your Blood Pressure Signature. Additional learning sessions can enhance accuracy for your SensoRING®.
How do I find my SensoRING® identification number?
You can find your identification number on the label of the box starting with "BLE ID"

SensoRING is not waterproof. DO NOT operate underwater.
Does my app need to be open while SensoRING® is on?
SensoRING will continue to capture your readings while you are wearing it and it has battery power. Once you connect to your mobile application, SensoRING will download the data into your account.
Can I wear SensoRING® anywhere?
SensoRING is designed to be worn anywhere excluding water environments such as swimming or diving.
