How do I turn on my SensoSCAN®?


Hold the ON/OFF Switch located on top of the device for one second. *Note: SensoSCAN® needs to be on finger in order to get a reading. SensoSCAN® will automatically turn off after 2 minutes if not on finger.




How do I set up my SensoSCAN®?


Upon receiving your SensoSCAN®, you will need to download the Sensogram mobile application via App or Google Play store and setup an account. Once you log in, our application will run you through setup.




How do I find my SensoSCAN® identification number?


With the SensoSCAN® turned on, press the On/Off switch until you see “ID: ######”.




How do I calibrate my SensoSCAN®?


1. Prep setup by placing SensoSCAN® on your finger of the either hand and the Upper Arm Blood Pressure device on the same arm. 2. Connect SensoSCAN® to your Sensogram Mobile App previously downloaded from the AppStore or the GooglePlay. 3. Login to your Sensogram account in the Sensogram Mobile App. 4. Follow on-screen instructions so SensoSCAN® can perform Initial Auto-calibration of your cNIBP. 5. In the App, press the SensoSCAN® icon in the upper right corner of the mobile screen, then tap Personalize. 6. Follow on-screen instructions so SensoSCAN® can learn your Blood Pressure Signature.




How often do I have to recalibrate my SensoSCAN®?


1. In order to allow SensoSCAN® to learn fully your cardio-vascular physiology and its changes over time, it is suggested to perform the first Personalization/calibration followed by the Initial Auto-calibration right at the first time after creating your Sensogram account (see the “How do I calibrate my SensoSCAN”). The second Personalization/calibration is suggested to get done in 12-36 hours, just following the same procedure described in the “How do I calibrate my SensoSCAN”. The third Personalization should be done in 3 days after the second one. The fourth one after a week from the third one, and the fifth one after 2 weeks from the fourth one. After that once a month calibration is advised. 2. If cNIBP is not reading accurately, please perform a calibration per the instructions in the “How do I calibrate my SensoSCAN".




How do I turn on Bluetooth and pair my SensoSCAN® with my phone?


When SensoSCAN is turned on and placed on finger, it is automatically Bluetooth discoverable. For initial pairing: 1. Ensure your mobile device bluetooth is turned on and launch the Sensogram app. 2. Once you log in, click the “+” in the upper right corner and look for your device. Tap connect. 3. The very first time connecting, a pairing number will display on the SensoSCAN to be entered into the application. 4. Additional sessions will automatically pair your SensoSCAN and application, when both are on. If not please repeat steps 1-2.




How do I wear my SensoSCAN®? How far does my finger need to be inserted into my SensoSCAN®?


SensoSCAN® is designed to be worn comfortably on your left hand. The finger used to calibrate needs to stay consistent with all sessions in order to receive accurate vital readings. Always make sure SensoSCAN® is completely on finger to receive the best perfusion index.




Can SensoSCAN® be placed on either hand?

Can SensoSCAN® be placed on any finger? (Male/Female)


SensoSCAN® is designed to be worn comfortably on any hand and finger. The finger used to calibrate(personalize) needs to stay consistent with all sessions in order to receive accurate vital readings . Always make sure SensoSCAN® is completely on finger to receive the best perfusion index.




Where and how does my SensoSCAN® and hand/finger need to be positioned when taking reading?


a. SensoSCAN® reads your blood pressure and other vitals best when positioned at heart level. The most accurate reading you will receive is when device is positioned here. b. SensoSCAN® will show different readings when hand and device are not at heart level. For example: when hand is resting lower than heart level, Blood pressure readings could show systolic and diastolic numbers 5-25 higher than your accurate pressure reading.




Does SensoSCAN® need to be plugged in while measuring vitals?


DO NOT wear SensoSCAN® while it is connected to a power source! SensoSCAN® only needs to be plugged in through its USB port while charging or updating firmware.




How long does it take for SensoSCAN to stop flashing after turned on?


For every individual, this may differ. Your SensoSCAN® will stop flashing when your perfusion is read. Typically this ranges between 10-30 seconds.




What do I do if I cannot get a reading?


In Order for SensoSCAN® to read your vitals correctly, make sure you are relaxed in the seated position with your hand and device at heart level. Make sure SensoSCAN® is completely on finger. Warm, washed, dry hands are necessary for an optimal reading. If a reading is not available, try warming your hands with a warm compress to increase blood flow to fingers.




How much movement is permitted in order to receive an accurate reading?


During calibration, SensoSCAN® requires minimal to no movement. While wearing SensoSCAN® ensure you remain calm, relaxed, and as still as possible to obtain optimal readings.




Can I walk around with SensoSCAN on?


For calibration, SensoSCAN® requires minimal to no movement. After calibration, walking is permitted, but too much movement will cause SensoSCAN® to lose signal. For SensoSCAN® to obtain optimal readings, remain calm, relaxed, and still with hand at heart level.




How do I switch between vital readings on my SensoSCAN?


Quick press the on/off switch to cycle through different readings. All readings are shown on the Sensogram Application and through the cloud portal.




How do I sync my data to the mobile app/desktop?


If SensoSCAN® is on and connected to the mobile application, your data is automatically sent to the cloud.




How much personal information is shared?


Sensogram Technologies, Inc. does not share any of your personal information.




How do I choose who can or cannot see my information?


All information is controlled by you. You can easily manage your contacts by logging into the cloud portal and selecting MY NETWORKS. From there you can create a new connection to share your health information with.




Is my data secured?


Yes. Sensogram Technologies, Inc. and SensoSCAN comply with all HIPAA requirements.




How do I charge my SensoSCAN?


SensoSCAN is easily chargeable through a USB connection.




Forgot username/password? Change username/password?


If you have forgotten your login credentials, a secure email will be sent the address associated with the account. 1. Open Sensogram mobile app on your phone or visit cloud.sensogram.com 2. Tap Forgot password? on Log In page 3. Enter your username and submit 4. Go to your email client and open the Reset your password email within 60 minutes of the request and follow the instructions to choose a new password 5. Use the new password to Log In




Can SensoSCAN get wet?


No. DO NOT get SensoSCAN wet. Always wash and dry your hands before putting on your SensoSCAN.




Does my app need to be open while SensoSCAN is on?


1. For initial calibration, your mobile application will need to sync with your device. 2. After first calibration, your device can function independently from your application. 3. In order to view your vitals on Sensogram Cloud, SensoSCAN will need to be turned on and connected to the mobile application. When connected all data can be viewed on Sensogram Cloud.




Can I wear SensoSCAN anywhere?


SensoSCAN is designed to work in an inside environment at room temperature. DO NOT use SensoSCAN outdoors.

How do I turn on my SensoRING®?


Turn on your device by placing SensoRING® on your finger and tapping the top part. *Note: SensoRING® needs to be on finger in order to get a reading. SensoRING® will automatically turn off after 2 minutes if not on finger.




How do I set up my SensoRING®?


Upon receiving your SensoRING®, you will need to calibrate through your Sensogram mobile application. SensoRING® will then learn your Blood Pressure Signature. Additional learning sessions can enhance accuracy for your SensoRING®.




How do I find my SensoRING® identification number?


You can find your identification number on the label of the box starting with "BLE ID"

How do I turn on Bluetooth and pair my SensoRING® with my phone?


1. Make sure your bluetooth is turned on and your have logged into the Sensogram Application. 2. Place the ring on your finger and tap the top 3. Pair your device by touching "+" icon on the top right corner of the app screen and locate your SensoRING ID number listed.




Can SensoRING® be placed on either hand?


Yes, the SensoRING is designed to be worn on any hand and any suitable finger

Sensogram Technologies, Inc. does not share any of your personal information. You are in control of setting permissions on who has access to your info.




Is my data secured?

How do I charge my SensoRING®?


Using the provided charger case, place the SensoRING inside to obtain a charge. You should see a light illuminate to indicate charging is taking place. The button inside the case can be pressed to determin if the ring is fully charged or not.

Can SensoRING® get wet?


SensoRING is not waterproof. DO NOT operate underwater.




Does my app need to be open while SensoRING® is on?


SensoRING will continue to capture your readings while you are wearing it and it has battery power. Once you connect to your mobile application, SensoRING will download the data into your account.




Can I wear SensoRING® anywhere?


SensoRING is designed to be worn anywhere excluding water environments such as swimming or diving.





SensoSYNC

Device is connected, but SensoSYNC doesn't recognize it. What to do?


1. Disconnect your SensoSCAN® from a computer and turn it off. 2. Restart your computer. 3. Open SensoSYNC® desktop application. 4. Connect SensoSCAN® to your computer over Sensogram USB Cable.
